The markets were extremely uneventful on Tuesday.  Trade was two-sided throughout the session and 10 cents or less covered the ranges in both corn and soybeans.  Weekly crop progress showed the corn and soybean crops maturing much faster than average but that should be expected considering the late Aug/early Sept temperatures.  Unless we get some sort of issue with harvest pace, this report can be considered irrelevant until April.  There were no sale announcements from the USDA this morning.  Overall, a very quiet day in the markets.
