Glacial Plains Cooperative will provide credit under the following terms:

All purchases made during the month ARE DUE AND PAYABLE BY THE 15TH OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH.  ANY BALANCE PAST DUE ON THE 16TH OF THE MONTH WILL HAVE A 10% SURCHARGE ADDED TO THE BALANCE AND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO FINANCE CHARGES of 1.5% per month (18% annual), minimum charge of $1.00.

A customer who goes past due on their account will be on a "Cash Basis".  Employees have been directed to refuse charging privileges to any patron whose account is in violation of the Coop's Credit Policy.

Any account that goes 60 days past due may be turned over for collection.

On all crop and livestock inputs (fertilizers, chemicals, seed, fuels, feed, etc.) any patron that has been past due 60 days or more in the past year must:     
     A.  Pay Cash    
     B.  Be Prepaid    
     C.  Have GPC/Finance Company Financing Established    
     D.  Have an Irrevocable Letter of Credit

All patrons requesting credit must have a current credit application on file.
